Do I need an account to place an order?

You can shop without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the ‘Forgot password?’ step by step on the ‘Login’ page.

Can I edit or cancel an item from my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size before the shipment. Plus, we will suspend it before your permission to go ahead with the order.

If you need to make any change to your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team via email as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do. Please note, we’re unable to delete or add an item to an order has been shipped out.

How do I know what size I fit?

Feel free to refer to its size chart stated in the product description. You’re also welcome to email us during business days Monday - Friday. Our customer service team would like to help recommend a size for you!

Foxbikinis accepts all kinds of credit or debit cards by PayPal as PayPal is our secure payment method, however, we do not accept cash, checks, or money orders. Please note, once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to Paypal’s official site to complete your purchase before returning to Foxbikinis. Plus, we take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us.

Store Credit

If you have store credit and are logged in to your Foxbikinis account at the time of purchase, this payment method will be used automatically. You can pay any remaining balance with a payment method of your choice.

Gift Card & Coupon Code

If you have gift card code and coupon code, you can apply it during the checkout process.

Do I need to pay the taxes?

No taxes! Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Is PO boxes or APO/ FPO military address workable?

Yes. We accept P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO orders which must be delivered via our Standard shipping option.

Where do you ship my order from?

We ship all orders from our US warehouse. Usually, the processing time is around 3-5 business days and then the shipment will be arranged about 8 business days. You will be notified in the order confirmation email if a part of your order might be shipped first, and you will receive one or more emails containing your tracking number once each package has left us.

For orders from our shop, no additional taxes and duties will be charged.

How do I track my order?

If you already have an account, please enter your store accont in the box below to review your purchase and view its status. If you have just placed an order, it will take a few more days to process. For more information, view our shipment policy.

Why the tracking status shows "Pre-Shipment"? How long will the status update online?

Relax, the package is on its way. Although the message show "Pre-Shipment", your package already left our warehouse and heading to next sorting center now. Depending on where you are located, and it will update and arrive within our shipping time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more details.

How can I exchange or return an item?

You have 15 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return item(s). Contact us via email to create your exchange or return RAM Code. For more information, view our Return and Refund Policy.

What do I do if I think an item that I purchased from your site is faulty/defective?

Simply email customercare@foxbikinis.com and we’ll look into this for you. When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty/defective.

What do I do if I haven't yet received my package that was considered as deliveredonline?

Your package could be delivered but you failed to received it for the following reasons:

  1. The carrier marked the package as delivered first and then dispatched the package later. So, please check your mail box again.
  2. The carrier delivered it to your neighour. Please contact your neighbour first.
  3. The delivery address you provided is incorrect or incomplete so that the courier sent it to the wrong address.
  4. The above information is not right, please contact your local courier for the exact reason as soon as possible.
